Returns & Refund Policy

At Teeny Tiny Dragons, our products are printed to order specifically for you. This means that as soon as you place an order, we get to work creating it. Because of this bespoke process, we handle returns differently than traditional shops.

Returns & Change of Mind

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We provide detailed Size Guides on our product pages to help you make the right choice. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues (Faulty Goods)

We want you to love your dragon gear! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. To report an issue:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Within 14 days, contact us at info@teenytinydragons.co.uk or via our Contact Page.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the wrong item received.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective Items: For any defective or damaged items approved for return, Teeny Tiny Dragons will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Other Authorized Returns: For any other authorized returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges

Since items are made-to-order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you require a different size or design, you will need to place a new order. If your original item was faulty, please refer to the "Damages and Issues" section above.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at https://teenytinydragons.com/pages/contact.
